Dr. Bisignano was born in Norfolk, Virginia and moved to South Jersey when he was two years old. He has been a resident of Medford for 55 years and has practiced here for 40 years.
He attended Temple University on a full football scholarship and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1970 with honors. Bill served in the Army for three years having completed a rotating internship at Walter Reed General Hospital.
Bill and his wife, Pat, reside in Medford. They have four children, all married and independent. Bill, III, their oldest has two daughters. He approves ship specifications in Norfolk. He is retired from the Navy, having served 23 years. Michael is a general counsel for Blackboard in Washington, D.C. He has three children. Kristin is a human resources director in Charleston, S.C. for a large aluminum manufacturing company. She has two children. Jessica is an attorney in Philadelphia and has one child.
Bill is an Eagle Scout and likes to attend, and even has spoken at, Eagle Scouts Court of Honor. He has been a member of the Lenape Regional High School school board for 17 years, having served as president for two. Other than visiting his grandchildren, he enjoys travel and golf.
